Cancellation for yearly subscription – refund required

Dear Clipscribe,

You recently renewed my yearly subscription to clipscribe without first confirming that I wanted to renew. Therfore I would like to have a full refund of monies taken as I did not intend renewing. I trust this can be resolved amicably?
