I have been wondering why I keep getting billed – and was surprised by a massive annual renewal in May this year. I don’t recall ever signing up for an annual subscription.
Looking into my account it seems that I have for some reason 2 active subscriptions on the solo plan –
- Both an annual one and also a monthly one, active since May 2021.
This means I have been charged duplicate – both monthly as well as the annual payments. Please see screenshots. I have also sent an email.
Please can you kindly adjust – removing the current monthly plan, and refunding the $140 extra charged in monthly plan.
