I just uploaded a 3 minute 4 second video and it’s taking forever. Is there a time limit for video uploads?

Do you mean it is taking forever to upload or to transcribe?
Uploading times will vary based on your network speed, filesize, etc. but, shouldn’t take forever. I can upload a 200MB file in about a minute usually, but have rather fast internet.
Transcription shouldn’t take more than 10 mins max.
