In my first video the words ‘Click the subtitles tab to preview the text” stays there & I cannot delete it?

Hi Tony!
That text is there by default to give you an idea of how to size your subtitles font.
To view your actual subtitles, click the tab that says CC. Then click the play button on any of the subtitle boxes and you can preview that subtitles and they will show up where that particular text you mentioned is.
