Is there a way to upload my own caption files to the system? The transcribe functionality has been terrible for me. I just spend 1 hr editing my captions for a 4 minute video.

At least you can access your captions 🙂 My CC tab is just blank… But good to hear that theoretically we can upload our own srt files.

Hi Nestor,
Yes you can do this pretty easily. When you're on the subtitle editing page for your video click the  CC tab and there is an upload button there so you can upload your own SRT file.
 
That said you shouldn't be having this much trouble with your subtitles so I'm gonna take a look at your videos to see what the reason is. As long as your audio is clear and you choose the right language, subtitles should be mostly accurate from the get go. I will take a look.
