Videos won’t upload to IGTV anymore

So I’ve been posting daily videos to IGTV and last week, they suddenly stopped working. IGTV won’t upload them. I tested a regular video and it worked fine.

Hi Jen!  I am noticing the same thing.  Can you point out a ClipScribe video that you uploaded without issue and one that would not upload?  And can you let me know how you attempted to upload them?  (App, Facebook Creator, Web Site).

So I got it working, but only by uploading directly from the app, not creator studio AND I changed the layout to 4:5 aspect ratio and the 1:1 size.

Hmm. Surely they aren’t rejecting vertical videos now, but possibly. IGTV very finicky…. I am still researching this and hope to have an answer soon…
