Deleting subtitles

There is a section of my video where nothing is being said, but the last subtitle stays. It’s a slideshow of photos and the last thing I said remains! Ideas on how to remove it? Thanks!!

Hi Craig,
It’s the video titled ‘Transformation House’, the issue I’m referring to is at 36.341. The slideshow lasts until 55.844 and the last thing I said in the video, “Love you guys! Bye!” stays on the screen for the entire photo slideshow. Thank you for looking into this!
