I uploaded a video, the captions were created, but I’ve discovered that the captions cover the lower third I created on the video. Can I re-render my video, and re-upload it, replacing the original one, but keep the captions?
If not, do you have any detailed videos on how to make your SRT file work with Premiere Pro. Despite following the many instructional videos on the web, I cannot make your SRT file work with Premiere Pro. When I go to export, Media Encoder says it’s a WC3 timed text, which is ticked as the option chosen, but I have no way of changing it to the option next to it, SRT file.

Hey Shayne,
At the moment, you can’t replace the video. But if you want to upload it to me via dropbox I can replace it for you.
Reach out to me at craigl@clipscribe.com and I can do it for you.
Which video is this for, so I can test the SRT with Premiere?

Actually, you could just upload it to Clipscribe as well now that I think of it, and I can just switch it out.
