Video stuck on “making titles”

My video is stuck on “making titles.” I tried once earlier today and it was stuck for over an hour and never completed, and I just tried again and it’s been stuck for over 30 minutes so far.

Thank you Craig and Sarah. I had one that was stuck in making progress for about 3 hours. Whatever you did that’s just fixed it and it’s complete now. Hopefully whatever you did fixed the issue going forward. Ray

Hey Sarah,
The original video appears to be defective.  Can you double check it?

Hi Craig. Can you be more specific as to what “defective” means? It plays fine on my phone and computer. Thanks!

Hi again. The extension was .mov rather than .MOV and when I changed that it seems to have worked. Thanks!
