Stuck on the Layout Page Also

I uploaded a few clips and once they are transcribed I try to begin the project.  But when I select the clip it goes into the Layout mode and shows the different options vertically.  It doesn’t show my saved templates. When I click on one of the layout options it just sits there and does nothing.
