I could not comment on the other two threads that are related to this need.
I have a need to replace a video, but keep the transcription. The length and the timing is the same.
I know that I can upload as a separate file and then upload the SRT file, but that would count against my minutes, no?
Craig, I did email you on this matter with a link to the file if you can swap it out for me, but let me know if there is another way to do this, even if I am able to upload a new file, but not process the transcription.
