If I have paid for the starter version and run out of transcribe time can I upgrade easily? If so, what is the process?

Hi Matthew! Yes you can either upgrade your subscription (which will be prorated) from the subscription area (there will be upgrade links there.)

Or you can buy a minutes pack which isn’t live yet, but should be towards the end of the month.
