Stuck in “making” process

I have two videos stuck on "making" for the past two days. "Imagine" and "Magic". I have logged out and back in, cancelled the make and started over, made an edit and started over, but still taking hours and not completing. What do you recommend?

Hey Shivani,

I recommend letting me know asap.

I got you all taken care of. Your videos are ready to download and I made sure this wouldn’t happen again for you.

Anything else you need let me know and if a video that is less than 10 mins long doesn’t encode within 30 minutes (max) just let me know and I will look into it right away for you.
