Facebook Video Sizing

Hello,

We have used the tool to output a 16:9 video for use on FB/IG adverts.

Please see attached – The video appears like this in the preview tool. I don’t think it’s a preview bug as we’ve seen it in the feed and it appears the same. Any ideas? Really need to gewt my ads running today!
