Change video format after editing

My most recent video (17 min) has just been edited however IGTV won’t accept the format and is asking me to upload a video as 16:9 or 9:16. Can I make that change after edit?

Hi Troy, just follow the instructions in this video to copy it over to the IGTV friendly layout.

Make sure you pay attention to the part where IGTV crops the top and bottom. If your current video is square you want to copy it over and you do NOT want to move your text any higher than it is currently set in the square format. It is all detailed in the video.
