Hi, I’ve uploaded my video and installed a template, but I need to change a few words that the software interpreted incorrectly. Each time I try to do this, Clipscribe freezes and I get a notification from my computer telling me the software is unresponsive. Can you help?

I’m using Chrome and Windows 10 Home. I’m getting ready to see a client right now so I can’t get on zoom, but if the problem persists into tomorrow I will definitely hop on a call with you. Thank you!
