Hello! I tried 3 times to download a video and when it’s downloades appears a huge white block on the bottom hiding half of the video. I need help! Attached the screenshot

Ok Gladys. Try downloading it now. There seems to be some issue with the video positioning/zoom and your video was slighlty zoomed in which was causing this issue. I just took out the zoom and it ran fine. I will work on resolving the positioning/zoom issue today.
