Hi Cheryl,
This should be available to you under My Account.
Click Subscriptions and then there should be an upgrade/downgrade button there and if you click that you can choose the new membership.
However, if you don’t find that offering, I may need to do it on the backend, so if you don’t see it, please just email me at craigl@clipscribe.com and I will switch you.
