    • How Does this Service Work?"

      • Upload your video on the ClipScribe My Uploads page and tick the "Done For You" box, choose the language of the person in the video and then click submit.

        When you tick the "Done For You" box, you will then choose the format/size you would like for your video, give us a few more details about the edit or what you are looking for with this video and then submit it. Once that has been submitted, our team will review your submission, if we have any questions or need clarification, we will either email you or chat via the communication ticket for your video. Once it's ready to go, the team will get started and do what they do best. All videos are guaranteed to be returned within 3 business days upon submission. You will receive a notification/email that your videos are ready to be downloaded in your clipscribe account. Once you have reviewed your videos and you are happy with them and no revisions are needed, you can then submit your next video order!

    • What are Mini-Videos?

      • We will create short cuts of your original video based on your preferences/requests. Just let us know the timestamp you want to use or say, "Can you create a mini-video of the part where we talk about trust?"

    • How many videos can I submit at a time?

      • We only allow one video submission at a time. Once your clip/clips have been completed from that video submission and you are happy with the finalized video(s), then you will be able to submit your next video immediately.

    • Is there an upload filesize limit?

      • You may upload videos up to 2 GB. However, we highly recommend pre-compressing your videos to H.264 MP4 to make it easier on yourself during upload and encoding on ClipScribe

    • How do my videos get posted? Do you do that?

      • Once your videos are ready to download, we will send you a message. You will then be able to download them and post them to your social networks of choice. Unfortunately, we will not be able to post them for you.

    • Is there a video length limit?

      • ClipScribe was built for short marketing videos 0-10 minutes long. You may use your minutes for any length video, but ClipScribe is made for boosting the attention-commanding attributes of shorter content in order to drive people/attention to your long-form content. One might argue that if your viewers are watching a 30+ minute video, you already have their attention. 🙂

    • Does ClipScribe host my videos or do I download them?

      • While we provide storage for the content you upload and create, ClipScribe is not a hosting platform. When your video is complete, you will download it and then upload it to the platform of your choice.

    • Can I cancel the "Done for You" service and still keep my ClipScribe account?

      • Yes, if you decide you don't need the video editing services any longer, you can cancel that part of the package and then you will just simply be paying for the monthly clipscribe account. You will just need to clarify which monthly account is best suited for you.

    • Can I still use my ClipScribe account as usual?

      • Yes! When you upload your video, you will let us know if you want us to work on it for you. Otherwise, your video will be uploaded and editable as usual.
