Adding intro and outro text

Can I add a short intro, just text, before the clip starts? And a little something at the end? At the beginning, it would be something like, “Joe’s Gym wants you to meet our client Linda.” and at the end something like, “Join us at JoesGym.com, (323) 555-1212.”
