Hi There
I joined on 10th November through one of your Facebook ads. I am only now getting working on some videos.
I logged in using my email address and set up a new password. (NOTE: I didn’t have to use the username that was sent to me?)
Whenever I click on “MY VIDEOS” – I get taken to the pricing page.
I think this is because I’ve cancelled the recurring payment for next year on PayPal (I hate surprise recurring payments!) but that shouldn’t mean that I don’t have access until next 10th November 2020?
Please can you reinstate my access to creating videos.
