I try to download my SRT file and then takes me to a page that reads: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about debugging in WordPress.
What is this? How do I get my SRT file??

@Lee Judge Hey Lee! Huh…. I can’t recreate it at the moment. Ok, let me see if I can go another route for this. Can I get you your SRT file in the meantime? Let me know which one it is and I will send it to you while I sort this.

@Lee Judge Hey Lee. Actually before I do a total refresh on this, can you try one more time and do a hard refresh (hold shift key while you refresh) and then try to download again? If you still get the error can you point me to the video you are downloading and also are you trying to download from the Editor or from the In Progress tab?
