Just a quick shout out to say whatever updates you’ve made to the engine that transcribes the captions over the last month or two, it’s amazing.
There are very few words I have to fix up, it’s sped up my editing time so much.

Wow that’s awesome! Thanks so much for providing this positive feedback.
We get a lot of feedback about issues that need resolving (which I MASSIVELY appreciate as well because I depend on those to keep things running smoothly).
But, I really appreciate when someone takes a minute to let me know things are working great.
