Change timing of subs?

The tool works great overall, but is there any way to edit the timing of the subtitles? Often, the first subtitle will appear on screen right from the start of a video, when no one is speaking. If I can’t change the timings so the subs come up at the right time…unfortunately I can’t use this tool.
