Hi
clipscribe is malfunctioning this morning. we suddenly cannot access our videos that we are editing. it shows on the main page, but if you try to go to it to continue editing, the page will not load. its been 3 hours already. the logo has also disappeared from our uploaded logo page. we could see it on the template but its not showing on the videos that we are editing this morning. and now we can’t even access the videos to continue editing.

I am having same issue and not able to upload any videos. I tried 3 or 4 different videos and all same error.
CraigHi Jereme, Can you try the legacy uploader and let me know if that works?

replied 4 years ago No that doesn’t work either it says onward it will have my video ready in 5-10 minutes but nothing ever comes through. Also it doesn’t show up in videos in progress either
@jereme velasquez Hey, looks like I found the culprit for all of these issues. Had to do with a software update that made everything go wonky. I am 97% sure you should be good to go.
Can you give it one more try for me?
