hello,

I hit the MAKE button several time and I am still unable to download my finished video.

Hey Gwendolyn,

There is a box that comes up that asks you to resize the box around your subtitles and click MAKE again.

This is so your subtitles don’t get cut off if the box is too small.

I made a video for you. Your video is being made now and will be ready in a few minutes.
