Hi Craig-

Never had this issue come up.. .am I missing something? It looks as it is working like usual, but I can’t select where to save… even just tried putting on desktop. I have shut computer down, restarted browser, restarted Clickscribe.

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance- I appreciate it.

Just checked.. no videos will download… so it is not video specific. I have shut down and restarted computer, browser and app.
Anyone else having a problem or am I am in a glitch loop?

@jo Spurrier Hi Jo! Thanks for checking in. I just tried to download this video: https://clipscribe.com/manage-transcriptions/?versionid=301015 and it went through.
Wonder if this was a temporary glitch?
Can you let me know if you are still having this issue now?
And if you don’t have a save button, can you send me a screenshot? You can post it here in the answer section or email it to craigl at clipscribe.com
Thanks!
Craig

Still can’t download… must be something going on with my computer. I have even tried it on several browsers. I’ll let you know if I figure it out. At this point, I can’t download any videos. When I go to save them, it is as if my “finder” is frozen, I can’t select any location to save it. I have to hit escape to exit out of the screen since it is frozen.

Gotta love technology!!

@jo Spurrier You want to hop on zoom real quick so I can see what is happening for myself?

HUUUUGE shout out to Craig who jumped in to help me diagnose the issue.
It had nothing to do with Clipscribe. It was a Google Drive issue.

Thanks again Craig!!
