Hi, after spending a lot of time on subtitles, the glitch in the video appears and one word in the sentence is cut out.
I have to start all over again.
I am on 7 days free trial, enjoying the program but this is happening all the time and I am wasting a lot of time redoing videos and still no guarantee that the second time around the glitch won’t appear. Getting frustrated.

I am so sorry you are having trouble with ClipScribe. This isn’t typical and I am sure I can resolve it for you or if it is an issue with the original video, I can explain what is happening so it can be resolved another way going forward.
It looks like you might have deleted the videos in question, so unfortunately I don’t have access to them to see what the issue is exactly?
Do you have a video you can point me to that hasn’t been deleted, that has this issue so I can look at the exact issue? i.e. I need to know where the glitch is appearing, what word is cutting out of what sentence, what is the timestamp and what video so I can address it. Unfortunately, without that info, it is kind of like finding a needle in a haystack for me.
If you can help me out there, I will get on it and make sure it is taken care of or make recommendations as needed.
