Having Issues with Shifting Titles when Making Your Video?

Hi everyone!

A couple users have had issues with their titles shifting around when clicking MAKE and downloading their videos.

I am eager to resolve this, but haven’t been able to reproduce it.

So, if this (or anything else really) happens to you please:

  1. Don’t try to fix it yourself if at all possible.
  2. Let me know ASAP and provide as much detail as possible. (i.e. With my most recent video called "Social Media Secrets", the main title at the top which says "The Secret to Social" is shifting to the right when I make my video.
  3. Other info that will help: Did you load up a template before making this video? If so, can you let me know which template? (They have ID numbers on them or you can give me the name.)

Finally, anytime you run into any issues similar to these, please know that I am rather desperate to resolve them. I think many users assume "nobody cares" but it is the exact opposite here at ClipScribe. I will hop on it and fix whatever the issue is ASAP.

You can post your issue here, in a new ticket or you can email me at craigl@clipscribe.com

Thank you!!!

Craig

@David Demangos I looked at your most recent “made” video and downloaded the video and compared it with the editor and it looked the same.

I checked the next video and it does look like the line-height might be off, but I don’t see any significant shifting issues left or right.

Can you please give me more details so I know what to look for?
Thanks!

In the preview it shifted from top to bottom but when I published it it stayed in the top so not sure what’s going on. I already uploaded it to youtube and turned out just how I wanted thank you. https://youtu.be/_lYMfuxrlCs

@David Demangos In this case, were you talking about your subtitles? (The issue in this case is more for headlines). If so let me know if it happens again. By default the subtitles always show on the bottom, so if you are wanting them on the top, I need to make sure the default doesn’t override that.
Thanks for posting and I am here if you need help.
