how do i control the timing of my subtitles?

Your subtitles should be pre-timed perfectly to your video. We haven’t added the ability yet to adjust these timings, but it is something we will be doing over the next few weeks most likely.

On your other question about the preview frame, if you mean just for the preview that shows up when you are editing your video, not at the moment. That image is just a placeholder really. Whenever you upload your video to Facebook, YouTube, etc. you generally are able to choose your thumbnail then.

That said, I will be adding the ability to create your own thumbnail for these services also in the next few weeks. I have a lot of improvements planned to make the creation of social media content from your video very easy, so stay tuned.
