Hi I already have an app which puts the closed captions. How do I remove the one via Clipscribe that you guys do

So there are a couple of ways you can do this. Do you want to upload the captions from the other app to us? Or are they already in the video you upload to ClipScribe? You can replace them by uploading your own SRT file or if you just don’t want them to show, the easiest way is just to make them transparent using the color picker. You can just make them all transparent that way by making the font color transparent.
Let me know if that doesn’t make sense or if I can clarify anything else.
