I paid for a full year in November and my account is locked! Please help?

Here is what I have:

Nov 16, 2019 – Initial subscription
Sept 19, 2020 – Auto-renew was cancelled.
Nov 16, 2020 – Subscription was cancelled.

Could you have re-subscribed under another email maybe?
