Hi. I am new to using Clipscribe and would appreciate some help. I downloaded a FB live video (which was taken vertically) and uploaded it to Clipscribe with a view to then posting it on my Instagram account as an IGTV. I noticed that the formatting was all wrong when I posted it to Instagram. I had to delete it and post it without the subtitles. Is there some way for me to be able to fix this for my future videos so it can show the video & subtitles in it’s proper format?

Charmi, IGTV doesn’t accept square videos. You need to copy your design to an IGTV vertical format.
