All was working well, but I tried to upload a file today and it is saying translating for hours. I deleted and tried again, same thing. It is being uploaded from my computer and seems to go up just fine. Just a long transcription period. Help!
@Cara Coste Let me check this for you right now. We did roll out an update to our cloud upload system today, so that could be part of the issue. Let me double check,

Can you double check the original you uploaded and make sure it plays and if it does, could you please upload it to me via this DropBox link? (Just click the link and you can upload it straight away.) Or if you already have the file on Google Drive, DropBox, you can share it with me, but just please make sure you share it so that anyone with the link can view it.
