Please see attached I don know what happing I havent changed my process. please see attahcment

@Adon Rigg Here is a view of the issue with the video.  You can see a regular HD video behind it to compare and you can see the resolution of your video in the box.

It’s like a super widescreen video for some reason.

Hi Adon. So, the system pretty much never lies on this. If it is saying your videos are that resolution, then there is a pretty high chance they are. What software are you exporting your videos from? I would double check your canvas settings and your export settings to make sure they are standard HD size i.e. 1920X1080 or 1280X720 or 720X1080. We don’t currently have any layouts that support the resolution of 1896×908, but if you can give me some more info, on what software these files are coming from, I can help you resolve it.
