Hey Craig,
Once downloaded, the video has a lag betwen my voice and the subtitles. Everything syncs up perfectly when I’m editing. I haven’t changed any of the settings…is this something on my end or yours?

@Ken Williams Traditionally, this is almost always an issue with the original video uploaded. Can you double check it on your end and let me know?

Thanks! I’m going to upload again and start from scratch…will let you know if that solves the issue.
@Ken Williams Before re-uploading, just check the original video. If you play it and there is an audio sync issue, then that is the problem and re-uploading won’t solve it. You will need to either fix it or re-shoot.
If you play it and there isn’t, then it is likely an issue on our end.

Thanks! Video plays great in original form…plays great after ive uploaded it here and am editing the subtitles….the lag occurs after I save it, make it, and then download.

My original video is perfect. It’s perfect when I edit the CC….and then I download it and the audio doesn’t match the video. I’ve tried eight times. HELP!

@Anne Gnuechtel-Verdoorn Hey it looks like yours finished right before I applied this fix. So, I am running it again for you. I just ran it in a fast preview mode to make sure it would come out right and it did, so let this encode finish and then re-download and you should be all set.
