I find that all videos I upload, whether taken horizontally or vertically, end up as a portrait, with blurred out sides. So it does not make for a good video. What am I dong wrong here, as I have clicked horizontal and vertical when testing this.

Likely there is some metadata in your video causing this. Let me dig in and I will figure out what is going on.

@Richard Johnston Hey Richard, I am seeing 2 horizontal videos that encoded correctly and one vertical video that encoded correctly.
