When I upload my branding logo (jpg) it’s not displaying properly on the exported file. It looks great in the editor but not when you watch it back. See screenshot. Is it perhaps because the logo is a jpg? Does it need to be another file type to prevent this?

Hey Sheryl,
This happens when the logo that was uploaded is in CMYK color format (which you probably know is for printing). The system chokes on these for some reason.
I can try to correct it for you or if you have a web friendly version you can replace it.

Ah okay. Let me see if I can get another version from the source first. So would I ask for RBG format is that it?
