Hi, have transcribed the video yesterday and still not finish precise process completion. I tried it again today with brand new videos and still it almost an hour and it still not complete for me to download. Please help fix this issue ASAP, I need this video for my advertising campaign! Thanks

I resolved this for you. One of them is ready for download and just click MAKE again. You shouldn’t have this issue again.
