I meant transcribing, it is only 30 seconds long too.

Hi David,

The first two files you uploaded that wouldn’t transcribe weren’t videos, they were JPG images which is why they didn’t transcribe.

You will need to upload a video that is either an .mp4, .mov or .m4v.
