My video won't download???

Hi, can’t figure out why my video won’t allow me to download? Please help!

I’ve prepared it ready to go, had no trouble uploading and adding caption. Just struggling to download now to my computer?

I just clicked the MAKE button for you. It is processing now and will be ready in a few minutes.

If you go to the editing page here and click the Export tab (the little arrow out icon) you can follow the status:

When it is done the download button will not be gray anymore.

Hey if this is your most recent video, you haven’t clicked MAKE yet. Just click the MAKE button and your video will be made and ready to download.
Anything else I can help with let me know.
