My Videos Keep freezing after downloiad

Hi, there, hope you are well?  
Just wanted to let you know that my videos are freezing after download. 
I have edited my video and added all subtitles, I have now tested 2 videos to see if it was just the first one that frooze, but 2nd video freezes after about 30 secs. 
the subtitles keep playing, but video freezes.
Is there anything I can do to fix this please?
