I exported this from iMovie at 720p. It is clear on my desktop screen. Why isn’t it clear after I import it to clipscribe? I know each edit can hurt the resolution a little, but is this normal? iMovie wouldn’t let me export this at a higher resolution for some reason.

Hey Maile,
Is that a screenshot of the editor? We create a lower-resolution preview to use when editing to keep things moving quickly. When you click MAKE, we create a high resolution final version for you.
I just checked out the download on the yellow video and it looks clean. If you don’t find that to be the case, let me know.
