Stuck on Manage Transcription

Hi , I was trying to put captions to a 3 min video but I couldn’t, I though it was the lenght, then I try with a 15 secs to do a test but didn’t work either,

The video gets stuck when I try to go to the Manage Transcriptions page.

What can I do?, seems like a bug on the page.
