Subscription issue

I purchased on March 14, 2020 and have not been able to create a video in months. My account shows that I don\’t have a subscription but my receipt is for a year dated in March. This issue is causing me to miss out on making videos.

Hi Dadre,

Looks like you are trying to login with a hotmail address, but your account was originally setup with a .me address.

That is the issue.

Login with the .me address and you should be good to go.
