Dear ClipScribe.
I was very excited when I saw your advert online. Unfortunately it took nearly an hour for the video to transcribe and download with subtitles. Once downloaded it was full of errors.
It would have been easier for me to go through the video and add the subtitles myself with my headphones in.
Can I get the 7 day money back guarantee ?
