I don’t know if I will correctly describe this. But let’s say I have 6 text boxes, 3 of them have text; the 1st, 3rd and 5th.
And the times that I am speaking associated with all. As I begin to edit, there is a word from the 3rd box I prefer be in the 1st. I realize 1 word doesn’t account to 2-3 seconds but let’s assume it is a sentence. I now move it to the 1st box and have to extend that time by 3 seconds. I have clicking the down arrow to give the 1st box more time. But when I reach the 2nd or 3rd box it says something that then makes me click yes and brings me to the top of the screen. I then go back and keep clicking until it is right.
So my question is–is this the only way, or can we manually change the numbers to the far right, or do something else so that message doesn’t pop up?
