Hi Alex,

Ok, so the original video you uploaded was not 1920X1080, but 1440X1080. So, this is what is throwing everything off. I tried modding the code so it would run anyway, but I would have to retrofit a good bit to make it work with that particular video. Right now we support 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1.

1440 is a bit of an odd resolution. It was originally used for HDV which was HD video that was squished and then stretched again to be used in 1920X1080 players.

However, your video doesn’t appear to be squished, it appears to be shot natively in 1440X1080.

I am here to help you in any way possible. If you want me to crop your video down to 1920X1080 or actually it would be 960X540, I can do that for you.

Thanks mate, from now one i will make it strictly those ratios using inshot on my phone. If you can chop my existing one to that dimension that would be awesome.
