Hi, Why is the system so slow? I just got an account yesterday. At first was good but last night it started to process everything super slow.

We had some cache issues this morning, but those have been sorted out. Can you clarify what is running slow for you?

Yeah I can see the site is slower than usual still. I’ll work on that tonight. Your video encoded pretty fast actually, so it could have just been a cache issue. I would try clearing your cache.
