Time to Render

I normally do 10-12 minute videos how should it take for them to be ready for download, after I clean up the captioning errors.  Mine take well over an hour.  Is that normal ?

Hi Max!  Thanks for the question.  
So, no, it isn’t normal.  I think the issue in your case is the size of your videos.  Looks like one of them is 2 GB.  So, it takes a lot longer for the system to crunch on files of that size, so in this case, I don’t think it is the length as much as the filesize.

If I were you, I would pre-encode your videos to an mp4 with some compression.  It will make uploading much more pleasant and speed up everything else for you as well.
